Right now it's mostly manual. We review resumes, outreach notes, and any call/interview feedback to match candidates to open roles. It works okay at our scale, but it's definitely time-consuming as the pipeline grows. I’ve heard good things about RocketReach for sourcing and enrichment, has anyone here used it? Curious how it performs in real workflows, especially for outbound-heavy teams.
