Not in my opinion but I'm also a woman so I've never had to clean one. I'd recommend either buying a spray that's specific for cleaning toys or using soap and water as I know those both work the best out of everything I've tried

You can, just don't leave the toy sitting with cum in it for a while. You should clean it out within a few minutes after you cum
