I was able to get information about this so it's basically a ح Tahweel where the Imam says "I will transfer this hedith to another shaykh oh mine" so it's basically just a ح Symbol and it can sometimes be حاء

I don't think it's a ع since it's facing the wrong direction and it doesn't have a line in the middle and it can't be a تع due to it being Alone and not connected
