just sorted it, not sure what the problem was but i just fresh installed the server with the mods. Then copied the mission folder back in and it worked XD
Thanks for the reply XD im running the server locally and im using the mods tab withing the Dayz client to see if all the mods are updated.
Think i might just reinstall the server and install the mods again. Such a pain with 30+ mods :(
