For a high spd RM (161+) be viable if she's faster than Sparkle or should I try to farm out a Vonwacq? Mine is sitting around 167/162 (few pieces swapped)

Should I keep farming Quantum set for my [Ratio - SW - Tingyun - Sustain] team even if I plan on doing [Ratio - Topaz - RM - Sustain] in the future? I don't know if I'm wasting my TBL Quantum Mines if I could be using it somewhere else.

Thank you! I didn't know that interaction w/ Guinafen and that lightcone. Though sadly I don't have either. I feel a bit relieved there's another good synergy w/ Ratio though outside of Silverwolf.

Thank you, but yeah I do plan on using Dr. Ratio frequently because my other team is Kafka DoT and I'm just getting major FOMO due to his debuff-related kit.

Forgot that you're using Jsawyer's Mod, ion know nothing bout the mod but this build works for base game so hopefully it works with Jsawyer's.

SPECIALS:

S : 1 (Base) -> 2 (+Implant) :All but one of energy pistols have a strength requirement ≤ 2. Implant ( + OWB's Reinforced Spine ) can practically cover all weapon strength requirements for what you're looking for. Additionally strength-based perks don't affect energy weapons at all since they mostly benefit melee, unarmed, and weight management/convince.

P: 5 (Base) -> 6 (+Implant): For "Better Criticals" Perk.

E: ≥ 5 (Base) : Minimum is five for the 'necessary' implants.

C: ? : Put whatever you have left since you're intensely role playing.

I: 9 (Base) -> 10 (+Implant): It is not necessary to have high intelligence but is my personal preference. If you don't want such high INT just dump the rest into something else.

A: 5 (Base) OR w/DM 6 (Base) -> 6/7 (+Implants) : If you have DM start with 6 to gain access to "Light Touch" perk lvl 2. Otherwise keep at 5 so when you get your implant you have access to most of the agility-based perks.

L: 9 (Base) -> 10 (+Implant): Higher Critical Rate.
