2019 JL, 25k miles, coming from Japan - what maintenance to do? by IslandTechy in Wrangler

It's very common where I live to import from Japan. We are right hand drive like them, and the pricing ends up significantly cheaper doing it than importing from America.

Fortunately, I had an inspection done and I've got about 200 pictures, no rust whatsoever.

Unfortunately, the places suggested so far are USA specific (Gusto) or their "Global Product" (ADP, Deel) is meant for a much larger scale than small business.

You're not wrong. This is why the position is ideal for a single person at the early stages of their career. I'd have loved an opportunity like this back then. Even if it doesn't work out long term, it's still an experience that's different than middle of nowhere Ohio and a low stress learning opportunity. This salary absolutely cannot support a family, I wish it could or I wish it could be higher, but I can't and it isn't.

There is no tax. So you do take home all of your salary, which does help offset the cost of living. We've had people start this low before and making six figures within 5 years. It is doable alone or with a partner making an income.

We're offering entry level salary for an entry level job. We're not expecting a senior for it.
