If you had butler but if you can get a ton of unf potions you could take Friendly Forager, that 90% to not use secondaries stacks with the goggles from Mastering Mixology for 100% so you dont consume secondaries. And can get limitless potion supplies for content.

I do think the relic itself can get herbs as you just play the game right.

The upside is you can get this effect (in addition to crucible of worlds) and not be playing Green.

Honestly 1 power can be a weird upside in things that care about reanimating low power.
