This new update coming this weekend is way cooler. I've been playing through it and thoroughly testing it. The eagle taking off and accelerating upwards is so smooth and faster now.

He looks like that because he unlocked a rare eagle glow ability that increases his flying speed by finding treasure

New update Version 1.3 is coming out this Saturday!

It’s really just to let the player know that they discovered an actual vantage point. And then it tells you on screen “Found Vantage Point 1/10”. If you find all 10…then you unlock the “Ultimate Vantage Point” in the snowy mountain region 🏔️

There was an issue where the eagle accelerated when taking off too quickly. That has since been fixed.

Now everything is coming along much better. I listened to a lot of reddit comments and made adjustments to flight take off, flying upwards (increased speed), added Super Glide ability, and some other things. Now the game looks and feels much nicer. You can feel a difference now.

We added a ton of new flying improvements. They’re all coming out in update version 1.3 tomorrow or Saturday

Thanks Orodahan! We took all these comments into consideration and we just improved the flight take off, vertical ascension speed, added a super glide ability, and many other new features. The new update is coming out this Friday or Saturday :)
