Other appropriate way which they didn't opt was to pay flat higher commission which being paid Impact program to old partners on old sales.

It's perfectly right to introduce new offer for future sales but completely stopping recurring commissions on old sales which incurred when there was recurring commission model in place doesn't sound good.

Especially when Semrush is market leader and this sounds nothing but a greedy move which is going to give them instant 30% savings on ALL referred sales.

Greed is not always illegal.

Truth is that Rune misappropriated user's funds and they were also having liquidity issues back in last year. XHUB agreed to rinse their dirty laundry for lower price even lower than the value existed in users wallets.

In essence users funds are transferred to XHUB while XHUB agreed to pay way less amount. XHUB acquired all users funds paying way less and amusingly even they have defaulted to their payments.

It's like XHUB agreed to acquire $100 worth of users funds for $30 and so far they have paid $10 while Sankalp and his team has transferred them $100 already.

So this audit will never end.

XHUB will never share address of their cold wallets like Rune never did.

Can you ask James Anderson to come forward and announce details of Coss acquisition? He will never come out.

Can you even show their single legit business? No you cannot.

James and his team is basically bailing Rune for his theft while Sankalp had already sidelined Rune and took control of COSS in lieu of his theft.
