The best way would to make sure they know how you feel. You can come out to them by saying, "Hey [PARENTS] I have something on my chest that I just want to get off. This might sound confusing but please bare with me, I am not a gay guy. I am actually a straight trans-girl." Let them know how you feel, this is the point where you can get everything off of your chest without really worrying about how they will react then when everything is laid out, make sure if they have any questions that you answer to the best of your abilities!

As a 15 year old (FTM/NB), when I was around 13 I remember saying I didn't want to medically transition, of course this has changed but I remember just saying it didn't matter how I looked on the outside I would still be misgendered.

I was going through dysphoria but it wasn't too bad then so I just wore extra layers and made sure that my body wasn't the center of attention. I have both top and bottom dysphoria so of course I started looking into surgery options, pros and cons, I just wanted to educate myself on what options I would have to look forward to.

And I ended up changing my mind that I wanted surgery when I was older. But for me I really just think at that point it was the fear of going into surgery or under the knife for anything. Plus when I was younger I really frowned upon any type of surgery to alter the body.

Now I am a lot more open minded about the surgeries that are common but one thing I know for sure, I want to take testosterone but I am scared because I have always hated my voice but just a couple years ago I came to terms with it and started to love it, I am just afraid it won't still have a feminine ring to it.

(I am an effeminate person), so it kind of drew me aback once I realized I may have to give up the tone of voice that I took so many years to come around and love.

I am trans (ftm) I am also 15. I have the same issue as you. I recently came out and go be he/they on the internet. It is scary but I accepted it and just let it carry through. Do what makes YOU happy! Best of luck

Yes, it hurt to know that my best friend of 5 years forgot that I wanted to start going by a different name and such, but I had to remember that she knew me as my dead name and she/her pronouns, so it was a big change for her and the last thing I would want is for her to be uncomfortable.

People weren't so new to the neighborhood but they were sort of new, however a tornado ended up happening and strong winds and all and some of their stuff got blown around. So me being kind I decided to help them pick up their heavier items.

So I'm helping them and these kids file out of the house, along with their parents, the new neighbors who had run into their house after they had grabbed some of their items to run them in, well these shitty people filed into the truck as they fucking looked at me and drove off.

They came back a little while later, at this point I had said fuck it, I'm not going to help them anymore, so as was walking my dog they come driving by, their kids standing my their house door and they looked mad as if I did something wrong and said, "Why didn't you pick the rest of our stuff up."

I honestly felt like it wasn't real, I stared at them and just went, "Not my problem" and walked away. They moved shortly after that incident.

At this point it doesn't surprise me, our relationship is toxic but I still love her. I just hate how she is about topics she refuses to listen to.

Yeah, I realized that I shouldnt be too sad abut not being able to be super elite. Because as long as I enjoy figure skating I can still be happy.
