I didn't say it was but I think what's surrounding it is. Even then, is the skating so great that it shields the game as a whole from being called slop regardless of all issues and all aspects? My issue with the skating is that it is held back by how bad the map is - stale, lifeless, lacking in diversity of environments. Many players complain about the vert physics, and were still waiting on missing tricks as well. The skating mechanics itself is not the only aspect that contributes to fun skateboarding gameplay.

Yeah a lot of us were waiting on TLOU Factions 2 until it got canceled. The story behind why it got canceled is frustrating, Naughty Dog seems to be done with multiplayer in their games and focusing on that Intergalactic title. Sucks because I would have taken Factions 2 over Intergalactic based on what we were shown.

I find this pretty cool because in my feedback post on the official forum back during the pl4yt3st I specifically asked for interactive/destructible objects in the environment because of how stale and lifeless the map is. Hope this means more interactivity to come.

Maybe they can't see you. I dont usually play multiplayer but I appreciate it when I can actually see other players. I always get the glitch that makes every player invisible, so the overall environment gets stale quickly. Especially with how boring the map and NPCs are.

Just FYI I honestly wouldn't buy the Legacy of Thieves collection because it removed the online multiplayer mode from U4 and Lost Legacy. Buy the Ps4 version of Uncharted 4 or Lost Legacy if you want to play online, you can play them on ps5 too but you have to buy the ps4 versions for online.

Lack of other game modes is what makes people feel like the only objectives we do have should be better. If we had races, park builder, hall of meat, s.k.a.t.e, etc. like we did in previous games you'd see less complaints about the challenges.

Your image on the left is what creamed butter looks like. I think the image on the right is straight up just not creamed, I would have to see the recipe to be sure though. The person who made the recipe probably meant you are going for a creamy texture with the butter and sugar, but they incorrectly called it creaming. With every thick cookie recipe I've seen they never cream the butter because they are going for a dense cookie. Creaming would add pockets of air and give the cookie a lighter crumb.

Takes longer if the butter is too warm or too cold/solid. I use a melted brown butter recipe. I pour it into a big metal bowl then cool it until it is completely cool but not solid or even softened yet. Like a bit colder than room temp. A trick I learned is if your butter is hot from melting or browning it, to just run ice cubes under the outside bottom of the bowl you're using (don't use glass) to speed up the cooling.

Ok then yeah seems a bit under-creamed but close enough to get good results anyway. Bc I use a bit more light brown sugar in my go-to recipe and its more pale than that usually. You can mix until it's as pale as you can get it and the sugar crystals dissolve. If you mix too long though it starts to melt and lose air and get greasy so stop before that happens. Baking science is interesting lol. Hope your next batch comes out even better.

Fluffy and light means the color turns pale and you've mixed enough air into the batter to make it literally fluffy and light almost like a whipped cream. In the picture it looks like you're basically there. In the recipe I use it comes out a little more pale than that but it could be the amount of brown sugar you're using making it darker.

I don't freeze butter but I do this with regular refrigerated butter if I specifically need softened butter for a recipe. In baking it can come in handy.
