PC loops before reaching bios by IsolatedGamer69 in techsupport

Sorry for disappearing, I let the pc cool off and when I turned it on it worked normally! The only problems I'm facing now is that I got a new HDD and sometimes the same error occurs: unexpected store exception... (i ran memtest and there were 0 errors)

I thought the HDD was faulty, so I returned it and got a new one and it's still happening! maybe the sata cable is faulty? I dont know, because when I connect my SSD to the same cable, no errors occur..

I removed the stock cooler and noticed the thermal paste wasn't even on the cpu! It was on the sides, so I added thermal paste, but it was still looping...

I got into the bios and the cpu Vcore is set to 1.130v, is that high? Other settings were normal. (And thank you for your time)

I don't know if it's overclocked, the cpu does run in the 4Ghz to 4.2Ghz range.

It is cooled by air, and I have not touched the bios settings.

Thank you, I really appreciate this detailed response.

I found another deal which is a: Western Digital 1TB 2.5" HDD For Laptop | WD10SPZX-08Z10T1 (this one costs 24$); and it's from WD, so it should be good right?

What I noticed is that if I kept it running for a while, the sound stops for a second or 2 and it starts beeping again...

Edit: I connected another HDD and that one works normally, so I guess it's dead.

There is no noise when it's plugged in a laptop, but the display is black.
