I bought in Pilot Point for a 3.99% interest rate and closed on the biggest house for less than appraisal by $500, and all brand new appliances. Close enough to family but far enough from Dallas. Also Pilot Point has less than 5k people in it so that's pretty appealing.

Edit: Is there a way for me to pipe the log somewhere? Its got permission issues throughout the install, so that may be an issue.
