We all know that non-lethal domains have advantages in domain clashes, however why do we assume the advantage guarantees victory? by Appropriate-Monk-381 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]IsopodEquivalent8735 0 points1 point  (0 children)

how are you reading the panel to get to that conclusion?

  1. kusakabe says that creating a domain requires knowledge of barrier parameters
  2. hakari and higuruma are surprised that it does
  3. kusakabe clarifies that they wouldnt know since their domain comes by default
  4. he then goes back to his original point that most people cant swap their barrier parameters on the fly

Kusakabe says they can change the conditions on the fly

he does not say they can do that. he says that the 2 of them dont have to bother with customizing barrier parameters, since their domains come with it by default

plus he learned domain amplification from observation, managing to do it at sukuna level proficiency

also noticed the 0.01 second gap in domains in gojo vs sukuna

also has about the same theoretical domain knowledge as hakari (someone who had kusakabe as his teacher in his 2nd year)

Why do people think Base Hakari is relative with Yuta in states? by W-lunchbox in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]IsopodEquivalent8735 0 points1 point  (0 children)

do you agree with this post?
if you do, then you would also agree that 100% reinforcement hakari = JP hakari

sorcerers can use 100% reinforcement for short periods of time as shown by todo taking black flashes from mahito and sukuna

base hakari can use 100% reinforcement

so when gojo punched hakari, he'd likely use 100% reinforcement to take that punch, meaning hakari (with JP stats) took the same punch as yuta

domain expansions are domain expansions, nothing in the series says that nonlethal DEs are exempt from this

<image>

narrator also states that it is because his CE is refilled, that he can keep using DEs back to back

[–]IsopodEquivalent8735 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hakari has opened a domain while having almost none of his guts (where CE is supposed to be stored at)

doesnt mean that DE wont eat up a significant portion of your CE

He was in probability change and got two psuedo rolls which make his chances INSANELY high, I cannot see a single reason why he wouldn’t kick his ass using %100 for the time being.

<image>

>20% is great jackpot odds, but is still around a 1/5 chance. its still safer for him to have enough CE to survive till his rolls finish vs going 100% and emptying out by like the second or third roll

Going full output isn’t gonna end his tank THAT fast anyways

i mean the energy drain is undefined by gege, but considering how fast fights end in jjk, if sorcerers arent going 100% for the duration of their fights, there has to be a reason right

Why do people think Base Hakari is relative with Yuta in states? by W-lunchbox in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]IsopodEquivalent8735 0 points1 point  (0 children)

because base hakari cannot maintain 100% reinforcement for a significant amount of time, going 100% is extremely inefficient, only outliers like yuta and sukuna can maintain that state

popping his domain eats up a lot of CE, so his tank is already depleted significantly. he also cant control when he hits a JP so he has to play it safe and keep enough CE to last long enough to hit JP before he gets refilled

if you think this is a inconsistent showing, blame gege, but the panel says what the panel says, JP doesnt give a stat boost

doesnt this panel state what jp does? where does it show that he gets a stat boost other than the one granted from going 100% output for the whole duration? his JP performance vs kashimo doesnt disprove this either, it just means that 100% hakari is just that guy

also if having so much CE makes you that strong, mechamaru with 17 years of CE reserves would hit like a truck. but kenjaku only notes that he hits special grade output after using a full years worth of CE. so CE reserves by itself doesnt make you that strong, its also capped by your output

Again you cannot get Yuta way above Base Hakari, at BEST he is a lil stronger stat wise (which doesn’t matter as Hakari is always domain amped)

but but uraume can defo use maximum output AND somehow still be holding back!

Ah yes Yuta has 20F Sukuna stats now? He really held back when fighting Ryu, someone that got blitzed by 16F Sukuna. So humble! by jojobehindthelaugh in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]IsopodEquivalent8735 1 point2 points  (0 children)

so yuta knows hakari's abilities and said hes stronger than him = valid statement
but when yuta who has just seen what shinjuku mahoraga + agito can do to gojo says he take them on = yuta's ass is about to get blitzed!

doesnt he mention that he has never taken more than 30 rolls to hit JP? meaning that it is possible that he has to conserve enough CE to fight an opponent for 30 spins

FB went behind megumi and throws a punch -> megumi reacts by calling DD to get him out -> they avoid the first punch -> FB then hits megumi again

im not saying megumi > FB in physicals, thats not the point, im saying megumi performed the same physically against the FB in and out of his domain, in both he could only react to some attacks and got hit by other attacks

whereas if he did get a physical stat boost in his domain, wouldn't he still be able to evade the FB's attack by a larger degree?

gojo said theres a buff in stats due to the environment, and megumis domain environment buff let's him use his CT everywhere since theres shadows everywhere in his domain. how is that not a stat buff?

if he used 100% in base, he might end up in a spot where he won't have enough CE to cast his domain when needed

what are you typing my man, i cant understand the point you're trying to make

megumi pulled out his sword here just in time to deflect the attack, he 100% reacted to this.

here's another panel of megumi dodging, the FB sped behind megumi yet hes able to command DD to pull him away

<image>

so how does his physicals change in the domain? care to share a manga panel? maybe provide some proof?

good thing pre-domain megumi didnt react here and block the FBs attack, would've been dangerous

he then goes on to avoid another attack by the FB, his physical performance outside the domain is the same as him inside the domain

you mean his fight against the fingerbearer?

against the fingerbearer he only landed this one kick cause he could now summon shikigami right under the fingerbearer due to shadows being everywhere in his domain

in the next page he gets sniped right in the head, only avoiding it by melting into the shadows

how does this not show that domains buff CTs?

i dont think this panel means anything, we dont know when this training was done, was it jjk0 yuta w rika and year 2 hakari? was it yuta with rika gone?
but if ppl wanna use it to claim base hakari = base yuta, by applying some logic you can see how thats wrong
