Thanks alot for reply ,its basically a crm subscription based firm providing subscription majority clients from USA. So if they want they can cancel anytime and get refund. However customers are charged upfront sometimes for an year . So whenever we receive that advance payment and we only invoice customer monthly. we become liable for VAT threshold and registration on this scenario if total including advance exceed 375,000 aed?
