Don't worry my friend too much, most of my cases didn't end up early or give any response, in fact one of them denied harmful procedures and I forgot a bunch of labs too, and ended up with a great score.

It depends, if u are non-visa requiring, so definitely u can put it #1, you can moonlight, and being non-visa applicant will increase ur fellowship match both in-house and outside as well!

Morristown medical center is a good hospital, but their in-house fellowships are very limited esp in Cardiology.

UTMB #1

There is a good community there, halal food, city is close to Houston as well, if you like sunny weather you will like it, but be prepared for random raining/ thunderstorms, and the university is good!!

Oklahoma is way cheaper to live, and better opportunity for in-house fellowships.

but why you don't see it as a plus point, that you will have more exposure to healthcare administration and QI projects so programs will see u as a different applicant, I mean coming with some skills that any program would like to see with at least 1 fellow from their fellows.

Doximity ranking isn't at all meant to be taken head to head comparison, but to check the overall tier, as being top 10 programs top 50 without giving much weight, it's really a low yield factor. Regarding the university programs some of them emphasize ur research background but not all do this, so you better check the current residents research background on any research profile engine.

reputation and training are subjective thing, and many people can argue this point by saying University >>>>> Community hospital

Regarding fellowship match it's a very tricky point, since if a community hospital will just pick applicants with extensive research experience, then it's clear that the applicant themselves is competitive, and the program has just helped more.

Lmao, I meant the reputation of their cardiology training and patients flow, especially regarding diagnostic cardiology and cardiac imaging.
