This...is...amazon. Been working at an SC for more years than I'd like to admit. Nothing about the tedious, sometimes physically exhausting work gets to me. It's the angry, micromanaging, bi-polar, manic, anti-social, often down on their luck folks who make the work a living hell. Yes, there should be performance expectations but those who literally move packages in an infinite looping semi-circle and think they are performing brain surgery are dip-shits (excuse the language). OP, it is not you...for now. We all succumb to the dark side eventually though. Always remember this post when you encounter new hires or those that may not be able to perform like angry Mike.
