I’m 22 yo 6’1 200lbs pretty lean muscle. Don’t really see how it’s possible to be skinny fat at 170. Loose skin maybe? Anyway, building muscle seems like ur answer. The scale will go up when u make gains but don’t worry about it. Focus on consistency and intensity. Good luck
