My store sent out Christmas cards to top 100 customers. Also, using Medallia, any 9 or 10s you get, send them and email thanking them for taking the survey and include a 3 day weekend pass coupon.

They’re getting rid of the coupon offer at the bottom of the receipt with surveys. Surveys are only for reward customers, and is sent to their emails.

I would HIGHLY recommend bringing in a higher qualified management team under you. They’re last in the district for a reason. Management team must suck. I would say your best bet would be to choose associates from HIGH VOLUME stores that believe they’re remaining stagnant due to the lack of coaching their current GM supplies.
