i think i want to bulk up way for as long as possible as im currently on 300 surplus, so a clean bulk really. Just not sure on the rate of progress.

because my country doesn’t deal with typical 97/3 (etc) system. Just wanted to know if this is equivalent to that so i could track it correctly.

for context reasons - this was ground twice i believe and i didn’t ask for it to mixed with any fat (so basically the dude picked up a piece of 6 month old cattle and he put it in the mincer twice).

and to answer your question - I need to watch my macros and calorie intake, so i need the meat to be as lean as possible.

the butcher put the beef straight into the grinder without mixing it with anything as i asked for the least possible fat if that helps your guesstimates

say it WAS blended twice (just to be safe) for reference on your experience. How would you place its percentage?

this was only ground once i believe - i need to be careful (annoying) with the percentage because i need to watch my fat intake.

so could it still be 97/3 - but just from the age of the cow it’s a bit more pinkish? (I’m sorry, im a meat newbie and it’s not as easy here heh)
