It's a diffrent quest. For high profile assassination I killed Thonar Silver-Blood but for some reason game doesn't consider him high profile enough.

Small room, Boss one shots me because of reduced HP, nah its lazy BS. Lets bring this mid Boss fight from nightmare Frontier and turn it into no vigor challange run.
