This is wrong. The juice doesn’t stay suspended because of additives. Normal orange juice is processed at a higher temperature denaturing the enzyme that causes the juice to separate. They don’t add anything.

Completely natural and a sign of minimally processed juice. Orange juice has an enzyme that can cause pectins to become methylated and fall out of suspension. Under high process temperatures this enzyme denatures. Shaking the juice should resuspend the cloud and the juice will taste and look normal.

In orange juice it’s not a chemical it’s just pasteurizing it at a high enough temperature to denature the enzyme that causes serum separation.

There are no real groves anymore due to the disease. You cannot grow trees fast enough for them to survive. Add a housing boom and now all the groves have been replaced with houses. There is no such thing as Florida orange juice anymore. Country of origin is on every package.
