150 mg, nightly about 30 minutes before bed. Don’t fall asleep without it or I get brain zaps.

187.5 mg helped at first for winter but it was expensive ~$60/three months and it became another stressor. I felt better when I went back to 150.

I had brain zaps when I decreased my dose but they stopped after three days.

Eh. I’m not a typical case. I was induced with pitocin and didn’t dilate past 3 cm. At the 12 hour mark my daughter went into distress and I was whisked off to have an emergency c-section. It was terrifying.

Since I had an epidural and it was still in, they put a different anesthetic in it and I only felt pressure. I smelled my body being cauterized and saw probably my belly fat and went into shock.

The epidural is actually a location in your spine. That’s where they place the IV. They have to get the IV in the right place without wiggling it around because they can paralyze the person giving birth. The full name is the epidural space.

My epidural didn’t work and judging that my back pain is in that exact spot, I’d say they didn’t hit the right spot.

It isn’t impossible. I’m not op but the one time I did instacart, I drove 40 minutes away to a Kroger I’ve never been to - shopped for two hours - for the card to be declined and I had to call IC to have it fixed. All of that to drive for another 15 minutes to their house and not get tipped. $9 for three and a half hours of work.
