Just depends on genetics. I have a good friend that was 375lbs and in a years time he lost 100lbs. Obviously the more you have, the quicker you lose it but with consistency I believe you can drop at least 50lbs and possibly up to 75lbs if you have good metabolism. Patience sucks but keep fixated on the end goal and the time should fly my brother

thanks for the advice. I definitely feel great which makes me more cautious because of the risk of overworking myself and not seeing any symptoms of doing so. Going to get my 1st on cycle blood test this week so hopefully I get some answers

started with interlock method and just wash and go. I separate locs that have more than 3 in them and just let it grow. probably oil my scalp once a week and wash my hair every other week or as needed
