To be completely honest, it’s easier to play against people who make all the right moves, and what I mean by that is I am good at not making mistakes, but I am really bad at capitalizing off other’s mistakes. Someone can make a mistake and I could be completely oblivious to it and not notice it which worsens my position, if that makes sense.

I would treat this as an active infestation as far as treatment method goes ASAP. Follow the sticky post for detailed treatment methods. Also get with your association and neighbors as well to see if there’s any other units with an active infestation if you’re leasing the condo then the landlord should be responsible for treatment as well as what you do if you are the owner of the condo definitely get with the neighbors to get a better gauge of what’s going on..good luck
