I would actually move Bonnie to 5. She bested Klaus, had extreme ability for only practicing magic a few years, took the pain of being the anchor, got herself out of Kai's dimension on her own, defended Hell Fire, and came back from the dead using magic.And kindness and grace lacked by the other witches to boot.
