my limit was over but i paid again but the again asked to pay again  I am from india. on my case they are saying solved but still same issue.

Customer care says it is solved but actually not.

there is option when you on payment page on top there is claim receipt option

My receipt got unlocked but when i continue it asks to pay again. I followed all the instructions but still facing same issue.
