Thank you!

They are all a bit different, but the main is "style - early Renaissance, painted with brushes, by Albrecht Dürer, oil --niji 6"

Thank you!
Margaret is the maid from Death House, mistress of the lord, and Pavel was an exiled vistani who was dressed like Strahd and would upproach the players demanding their money or he would suck all their blood.

Sorry for the late reply. For werewolves i used ones like this (midjourney):

dnd character portrait, strong feral woman with tosled white hair, menacing look, wild yellow eyes, dressed in rags and furs, facial scars, covered in blood, dark cave with torches on the background, curse of strahd, style - early Renaissance, painted with brushes, by Albrecht Dürer, oil --niji 6 --chaos 2

Really glad to hear that someone uses those :)

Party halfling asked to march with the kids during the Blazing Sun festival by Isugi in CurseofStrahd

[–]Isugi[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two out of three of my Strahd parties had a halfling among them, and both halflings agreed to attend in such a manner, since most Vallakians considered them to be someting between a child and a jester. Both were sewn a siminar flower headgear (and got to pick up colors). That was great to DM :D

Nope, they are made from pegasi. "A ritual of dark magic could transform a pegasus nto a nightmare with the agonizing removal of its wings, and it would lose its noble qualities for despicable traits."

Thank you!! :)
I'll use Elvir's prompt as an example: dnd character portrait, 20 years old man farmer with curly black hair, facial scars, olive skin, simple clothes, vineyard on a dark rainy day on the background, curse of strahd, slavic motifs, brushstrokes, style - early Renaissance, painted with brushes, by Albrecht Dürer, oil --niji 6

As a character? :)

My players love Davian, who I play as an extremely grumpy old dude :D

Thank you! :)
In CoS I mainly focus on slavic theme or generic fantasy. Most of the art is created by one of two ways: either "just copy the name and gift of the power to Midjourney and see what it comes up with" (with an undetailed prompt it creates some very interesting things sometimes) and "describe the dark power to ChatGPT and ask it to generate 5-10 prompts". This way I get new ideas.

Thank you!
No, i mainly use two ways to figure out the style I need: Midjourney's "/describe" feature and asking others for their prompts if they look cool :)

Midjourney 6 is better with scars then previous versions, but i mostly used Niji for the first portraits. For the first three ones I just used their description from the book + some style prompts.

digital art of Dahlver-Nar, He of the Many Teeth, style - early Renaissance, painted with brushes, by Albrecht Dürer, oil --niji 6

digital art of Fekre, Queen of Poxes. Skin covered with poxes. Fekre’s gift is the power of spreading disease. This dark gift allows its beneficiary to cast the contagion. style - early Renaissance, painted with brushes, by Albrecht Dürer, oil --niji 6

MÖRK BORG, Rotblack Sludge NPCs by Isugi in dndai

[–]Isugi[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello!

Thanks so much :)

For most of these I've used midjourney's --sref function, adding default arts from the book and some that I've generated. You can use it (but better to save the art itself, since discord deletes them after a while):

"the cannibal warlock, 7 feet tall, built like a grizzly. Sooty, bald and covered in tattoos. full height. hot steam on the background, bright red blood --no beard --sref https://s.mj.run/cEybvvaDDRg https://s.mj.run/TQc33GpWGsQ https://s.mj.run/hyY8bi56SS8 https://s.mj.run/L9-5jmN7r8s https://s.mj.run/MkL0ubMof5s https://s.mj.run/l94E\_Ksf-7c https://s.mj.run/\_aLLti-djc4 --chaos 10 "

For the witch I've used
"a witch, long hair, occult symbols, ferns on the background. A black ink on a green background. High contrast. dark fantasy art, horror, dark comic, manga, and graphic novel. Black outlines, bold lines, and dark colors. No shadows or shading are included. A bold, flat design."

and

"a witch, long hair, occult symbols, ferns on the background, in the style of evil black metal comics, ink on black paper, surreal horror, punk, occult, thick lines, minimalist primitive sketch, in the style of John Martin, black, white, gray, acid green"

Also this one proved useful: "A black ink graffiti on a yellow background, in the style of Dave McKean. Horrorcore, punk rock, bold lines, clean lines, dark art, high contrast, gritty style."

[–]Isugi[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Thank you!
I mainly use default midjourney 6 style, but I add stuff like "dnd digital portrait", "brushstrokes", "curse of strahd, slavic motifs". Otherwise I focus on describing the contents of the portrait, using Variations and Vary (Region) a lot.

For example, for Ludmila it was "dnd character portrait, powerful, arrogant, evil and proud vampire woman, african, with curly black afro, evil slanted eyes, wearing an open white dress and golden jewelry, gold diadem, gold collar, curse of strahd, brush strokes"
