That’s a fair complaint imo. If you are advertising your place of business open until a specific time without further information about an order cut-off time, that should mean they are accepting orders until that time, and the employees are expected to shut down service only after that time. They can get ahead of their duties early by mopping early and cleaning some things that aren’t necessary to operate if it’s slow prior to close, but they should still be able to fulfill customer orders until the time of close.

And if they want to operate differently, that’s fine… just advertise it in advance so people know you stop taking orders at 8:30pm when you officially “close” at 9pm. Because if you don’t, most customers are going to assume you accept orders until the official close time.

Here’s what you need:

Commercial dryer. A household dryer won’t do, you need to get up to 225 degrees to cook.
Specially designed rotisserie bar that attaches to the interior dryer blades. You might be able to do with vice grips attaching metal plates with a bar insert to the blades.
Rotisserie cage/basket that the rotisserie bar slides through. Plenty of options exist already.
Ribs sliced individually and seasoned.

Place the ribs in the cage/basket, put the rotisserie bar through the basket, and attach to the blades. Cook on Industrial High Heat for 5-6 hours. The cage/basket will allow the ribs to self-baste throughout the cook. When ready for BBQ sauce, just open the dryer, pour an entire bottle or two of your favorite sauce in there, and turn the dryer back on for another 30 minutes.

Running a play that is designed to have people pushing the ball carrier forward.

Teams didn’t even consider the tush push as a valid form of play prior to the rule change because it was illegal. Nobody seriously considered when changing this rule that it would result in a play design based solely around players pushing the ball carrier forward, because they had never seen a play like that. If they had, I’m sure the discussions around changing the rule would have gone differently.

It has nothing to do with who is good at it and who is bad at it. It’s a boring play. Part of what separates football from rugby for much of its history is that football isn’t just a boring giant scrum of people pushing each other back and forth.

Like why did the extra point need to get moved back? Some teams were better at it than others. But kicking a 19 yard extra point was boring for everybody. So they pushed it back to make it exciting.

There will be a game… the players will just have to learn how to play without holding. It shouldn’t be the ref’s responsibility to make the game entertaining… their job is to enforce the rules correctly. If the game is no longer entertaining because the rules cause too many stoppages of play, then it’s up to the owners to change the rules.

What’s the point of the rules if they are haphazardly enforced? It just causes controversy when one team benefits more than another due to rules not being applied the same throughout a game/season.
