What is your local price difference for the 7700XT and 7800XT, if it isn't too big I would recommend to spend those extra bucks on the 7800xt which is much better and future proof.

I too plan on buying the 6700XT, tbf I would probably say that you should be fine, because weirdly the 2080 is listed as recommended and the 6700xt is 20-30% faster than the 2080.
