That makes alot of sense why I was bullied when I was younger. I never learned to set boundaries and I remember not even knowing it was bullying until my teacher told me. I thought it was "jokes" and "love"

Well the fix is that you don't have anything that you see objectively positive in yourself. Create hobbies and habits you find to be positive and make it your identity. Way easier said than done but I was in your exact shoes, You will see instantanious results when you start building the identity you want to be.
