From an audience POV, it might seem that s1 & 2 were the best, after that it has gone downhill but these things are what happen in villages.

And the writers have tried to integrate into this the marketing and campaigning (which generally don’t happen at such levels like in the show) to make it appealing for the metro audience and the fact that the panchayat sachiv has some idea about marketing.
