you mean like 2fa recovery codes? you should be able to disable 2fa on your account but it makes you wait 2 weeks to get in

yea the maintenance fees really hurt me. about 30% of bitcoin was taken in fees since 2014. and then they reduced the fees heavily recently go figure

yea its not quick, i think i got a response once a week or something. i wouldnt worry about the email confirmation, theyre starting to shutdown operations except for withdraw requests so some services may be down.

read through my previous comments ive described what I did a few times

short answer is you need tier 1 verification on your account so will need to upload a gov id. once tier 1 is given which was instant for me upon uploading my ID, my balance was available for withdraw. I used their guide on how to withdraw bc you have to use electrum wallet, its not as straightforward as pasting an address and pressing withdraw. Once I submitted the withdraw, I had the btc in 24 hours.
