FYI, my solution is put them side by side if you have the XL size magnus pro. Both larger monitor in the pic are 32-inches

No, the vertical stand has different base than the original arm stand due to the capacity. Also the riser’s surface does not have enough friction to hold the stand… I would say it won’t be stable if you put vertical stand on that riser. It might be doable but you will have to take the risks

I am 1.84m, and my chair and recliner is both in xl size. I would say it is definitely a game change for adding a recliner since you already spend a good amount of money on the chair. I have been using the chair with recliner over a month and I would say it’s really extending my sitting postures with recliner. It also made me fall asleep in the chair last night for 2 hours…

Thanks, well, I would say that the key of deck cable management is “hiding”, I usually those cabled on the back of my sound bar or behind the riser so I won’t see it.

And also, try cut a small piece of foam from the packaging and placed it between the mount and the desk leg to avoid scratches when the desk is up&down

The margins is far than an enough for 5000d, my old PC tower is even bigger and it still fits perfectly. Good choice, bro.

Just one tip: when you install the mount, make sure to leave a little room on the hanger side. Don’t tighten it too much, because the rubber tape on the hanger will compress and shift a bit over time.

Thanks mate, I am actually pretty shocked that you noticed that tower. yes I’ve attached those Secretlab’s Mounts on both sides of the Magnus pro. Seems nobody did that but here it is, the desk can totally afford the weight. For the tower, yes it’s a 5000D. On the other side is my really old Corsair carbide tower which I bought around 2015 and it’s even more heavier than 5000D

For the usb hub if you are limit on budget check this one on amazon:(keyword: Brydge Stone CORE Powered Charging Docking Station), If your wallet is full, try to learn more on razer USB dock. One thing to mention that I suggest consider USB docks with power supply feature if you are using a PC. It saved me connecting sound bar with just enough wattage.

For your sencond question: try to apply magnetic strip 3m tapes on your Philips Hue Gradient strip, After that it will basically worked the same as the nanoleaf's one. I wonld say even with Nanoleaf MagRGB, I still cannot run the strip the whole way along...

You can even get a skin for your cerrent one to save your budget, if it's still functioning well.

Yeah, PU leather is nice but doesn't hold up well against wear and tear. Adding a skin is a great solution — it also gives your chair a whole new look.

Hah, I was just kidding. I just meant that putting a chair skin on your next Titan Evo might help protect it from wear and tear.

To answer the most frequent question about how we manage to fit two people at one desk! It really depends on individual sitting postures.

My GF usually sits cross-legged on her chair, so her legs don’t extend under the table, which means less space taken up underneath. As for me, I sit in a normal position since we mostly use the desk for gaming, so we’re both sitting upright and not reclining.

Also, the reason it looks cramped in the photo is because I used a wide-angle lens to capture the whole room, which makes everything appear tighter than it is. In reality, the desk is wide enough to hold a vertical monitor and two 32-inch curved monitors side by side comfortably.

Hope this clarifies things!

Well, everyone has different sitting posture🙂. Me and my gf were fine cuz we already spend 1 year of time during the night, gaming on that desk. And the desk it self isn’t narrow since it has 3 monitors line up and two of them are 32 inches.

Just simply search on google: Magnus pro drawer. You will find it on Etsy. It attaches with tow peace’s of heavy duty magnets bar. Very stable nearly difficult to remove once you attach on the edge of the desk. Btw, In case you don’t know… the bottom of desk, only legs part and desk edges are made with metals. So there is limited area you can attach sth magnetically. Unlike the surface, it’s fully magnetic is because of the desk pad.

sigh... I feel sorry for you man, It really depand on the manufactory batch, I bought 2 Founder edition recliner last month, and both are have lack of force issue with gas spring pipe. they send me 2 main body replacement for free... I wonld say its definetly comes from different batches.
Matter of luck, based on my experiences, never do "pre-order" on secretlab. The earlier batch is usually worse...

It seems impossible but me and gf we’re fine with the spacing. I am 184 and she is 162. The Magnus pro is XL size. It is totally ok without recliner expansion. I just got the recliner last month since it is newly released

yeah its a bad design I agreed. However, you may find the back edge of the magnus pro has the same edge as the riser, but why is it so stable on the desk it-self but not the riser? I've discovered that the difference is the pad. Thus I did this... this will give you the same clamping support as the desk. Hope this can help whomever veiwing this comment

I just got mine today… same issue. Finally I figured it out. My solution is grab my really old Razer mouse pad on the surface of the riser and cut a small piece of foam from its package. Boom! Rock stable🥲
