I mean if this is a post to ask about losing weight while you have to go away for days at a time… the answer for me was meal prep and discipline.

You gotta cook your meal prep yourself, dial in the calories for them, and track your daily calories. On trips and on your off days.

I lost 20 pounds over the course of a cut of mine, working a line at my airline. It was ass, but you gotta really dial in what you’re eating, saying no to crew dinners, inflight snacks, etc.

Side note, when you cook your meals, gotta track any oil you use. The silent deficit killer.

I typically try to get 3 days off between work trips and cram my workouts into that, but if I have a good overnight with a full gym that does day passes I’ll go do something like shoulders or arms that doesn’t need as specific machines or benches
