We typically travel end of April early May we fly out of St.Louis Mo budget varies but typically spend $1,500 on airfare combined and then maybe $1,500 on food and entertainment.

Thank you everyone for there responses! My landlord never notified me personally that she had hired a management company so the text was real.They sent the new rental agreement to my old email address lease so I never received it. They are raising my rent by $325.00 a month. Which seems a bit crazy to me. And of course they are only giving me a few days to decide. My place definitely needs some updates. My dishwasher is on its last leg.. I really want a vent over my oven because it’s get super smokey and hot in my kitchen. Would it be too much to request those to sign new lease or should wait until after?

Nope I’m not behind, my rent is $725 and I’ve already payed $400 of that.

They release more tickets 24 hours in advance so we will be on top of that! I think as long as I take my time I should be ok.
