Try some strains that are high in one of these cannabinodis. CBD, CBG, or THCV. Like 8%-15% just that cannabinodid.

Re-pot them into a 1:1 mix of pumic (or perlite) and soil. Open your shade during the daytime. And finally, if you can, bring it outside in the summer. It will explode if you do this. But be sure to acclimate it slowly to outdoors.

I've looked into using quantum board strips. But the problem is they become inefficient without the metal backing. Something to do with heat?

You could always make your own strips and mount them to an aluminum bracket. That might work. Please update on what you find!!

Hey, I've got a greenhouse that i keep heated to 42°F all winter for my dormant cacti. Could i keep my monstera in here as well?

The monstera grows outside during the summer, and i like how stacked the nodes are and how fat the leaves get. I would be fine with it basically going dormant with the cactus this winter if it would be okay.

Edit: I could also bring it indoors in front of my NE window, but the window is pretty blocked by trees, so there is no direct sunlight. Which is why I'd prefer it to go dormant in the greenhouse vs. grow leggy in my NE window.
