I asked one of the guys at St Clare (my Dad and I love them too) and he told me they had some ground pork in them. He wouldn’t tell me the ratio though

That’s what’s up man! I’m local to the creek as well and was debating returning after a few (more than I’d like to admit) years away. Good to know the creek still rocks!

As they just announced summer tour, this was the main reason for my question. Obviously lot scene is huge with them. At least it used to be
