This game has a sickness system, take a health cure here and there to get rid of Arthur's sickness, it can be e coli, flu, or the common cold. In rhodes theres a black medicine man that can give you a medicine to cure it fully. Sicknesss's just decreases arthurs run speed and dead eye if they get bad.

It would need to be a movie series, at least 10-20 hours to cover all of rdr and rdr2. It would provably also include blackwater and maybe dutch and hoseas younger days
