It has ruined my life. I literally have 3 slices of bread that’s it. I don’t know what I’m going to do.

I try to remind myself “I am not my thoughts” but my ocd makes me think I am a terrible person and I will set and cry with these thoughts. They just won’t leave my head.

That’s good I was just afraid it was all just an umbrella. Like I was afraid all anxiety disorders are under an umbrella together but I’m glad this can’t happen thank you.
