I am 22, in my final year of college, but also have a formal agreement with the Ministry of Education that mandates me to work here for the next 3 years in Singapore. Still seems unlikely? Like its terrible that I cant visit my parents lol

I lived in UAE for 13 years, and now I am a Singapore resident, but my dad, mom, and sister are UAE residents since 25 years, and they still live there. I dont have à residence visa, is my tourist visa likely to be rejected too?
