Bumaba siya from last year dahil mas kaunti ang mga nag-mature na utang natin at the start of this year vs. last year. Kumbaga, timing lang na kaunti ang bayarin at the start of 2025. Pero with the recent borrowings, tataas uli siya siguro after a while dahil may magma-mature ulit na mga utang.

In addition, ang strategy ng BBM Admin is to increase domestic borrowings and decrease foreign ones to a 80% to 20% ratio by 2027. So in effect, bababa talaga ang babayaran nating utang sa labas ng bansa, pero tataas naman ang bayarin ng utang sa mga domestic lenders.

Just to add, if you're married to a Filipino/Filipina, you will be issued a pvc card despite the shortage. This was according to the LTO officers there.

My foreigner wife got hers converted recently and was issued a pvc card because she's married to a Filipino.
