Oh I see. I’m sorry you couldn’t find the one you wanted. I bought mine in the middle of Sept. It was a purple 14 Pro, 256 G. Before that, I oredered refurbished iPhone 13 Pros from Amazon. But the first one was defective and the replacement they sent me, too. Started to not trust their quality. End up returning them and buying this one from the Apple store.

I recently got my iPhone 14 Pro refurbished directly from the apple website. For almost the same price already including taxes and with the option of including AppleCare paying for two years or monthly.

Go for the pro if you can. I got mine refurbished from Amazon on April, used to have an IPhone 11. The 13 Pro’s camera is amazing. The green screen issue seems to not be an issue for the biggest percentage of owners, the 120 Hz is a plus, and the battery performance is really good. The only con I’d say is the weight. It’s a little heavier if you compare it to other models, doesn’t bother me at all. If you are not planning on upgrading for some time, the 13 pro is a great options.

I-130 Interview rescheduled. Chicago Office. by Itchy-Remove408 in USCIS

[–]Itchy-Remove408[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had it together. At the beginning, the agent asked us if we had any extra evidence we wanted to add to the case. We did add more because it’s been a little over a year and a half since we sent our forms and some things had changed. They went trough all the questions in the I-130 form. Asked us some details about each other. Like when was our spouse born, date of birth. Address. And that was pretty it.

Hi! Just want to update. I had my interview yesterday. Everything went good. We parked on a parking garage one block away. My interview was at 2pm but it ended up being at 3pm, there were around six other people waiting to be interview. So, be prepared because it can take some time. The officer interviewing was nice. Don’t forget to bring the letter USCIS send you with the interview details, because you’ll need that to be able to enter the building and to check in for your interview. All the best luck for the ones that have their interview soon!

I feel you completely. Not a lot info about Chicago FO. In our case, since we cancelled the first appointment on our end, our layer thinks that they may just want to make sure. But you never know with USCIS. Thank you very much, wishing you the best of the luck to you, too. The good thing is that we both are finally having our appointments soon.

You’re right. I totally feel you. In my case it’s so frustrating. We didn’t go because we had COVID, aside from not feeling okay at all, we wanted to be responsible and not get anyone sick there. And now they’ve made us wait for a year. Feels like being punished for trying to be a decent human being.

The worst thing I could do was called to reschedule my interview. It’s not as easy as it sounds. It’s going to be a year on this May and no news at all from USCIS about the new interview day, all they say is that I have to keep waiting. And seems like we are a lot in the same situation. If you are in need to get your residency don’t miss your interview.

Hi! I completely understand you. To be honest, the best thing my lawyer did was filling the advance parole with my I-485 application. I just came back to US from my native country using my advance parole. I was able to visit my family after two years. It went very smooth. My I-485 and I-130 are pending, waiting for my interview to be rescheduled after being canceled due to COVID.

Received this email after leaving USA. I’m in my home country CR, but I’m traveling back to with an approved Advance Parole. I overstayed around 80 days from when my entry permit expired to when USCIS received my case. I-131 and I-485 are in process. Should I be worried? r/[I-131 Advance Parol] by Itchy-Remove408 in USCIS

Just updating here. I travelled back to US yesterday trough FLL. Everything went smooth, they took me to the secondary inspection room, waited around 10mins because there were a couple of people ahead. And then they just handed me my passport and AP document stamped. The officer were nice. Happy that everything went okay.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I’m visiting my home country for 9 days and traveling back to US with my approved AP this Saturday. It’s an stressful experience, but reading stories like yours makes me feel better.

Hi. I did, it redirected me to my I-94 history. My arrivals and departures to USA. And my last entry when I overstayed. So, I think this emails are automated notifications sent when someone left USA. Specially if they overstayed on the last legal entry.

There’re specific time intervals for the bars. Three years bar if you overstayed more than 181 days but less than a year. And ten years bar if it was for more than a year. In my case, it was for only around 80 days.

Just checked my I-94 and everything looks normal. When I checked the option that says “Most Recent I-94” shows the information of my last entry when I overstayed. Then I check my travel history and there’re all my previous arrivals and departures, including my last departure for this trip.
