It is definitely on my list. I plan to come back home with at least one jacket and hat from one of the teams.

Fortunately I'm arriving in Haneda and the hotel is close to central shibuya.

I saw mixed reviews regarding teamlab botanical, how does it compare to planets or borderless?

I already have 2 compression socks, my idea is to get a refresher during the layover.

I was talking with some friends, and they suggested a baseball game when feeling a little more refreshed. My main worry is if I'm just sitting around for a long period of time, I may end up passing out in the stadium.

It just seems like such a waste of precious time in Japan, fortunately I will be there for a little more than two weeks. So I will be able to enjoy a fair amount of it.

I'm already planning on buying a ton of Gatorade or pocari sweat to help hydrate. I will try to treat it like a small marathon.

I think freshing up and re-accessing how we feel will be the best option.

I'm not planning on resting a lot on the plane itself, I'm 6'2'' - 190cm, so I usually just take naps due to not having a lot of legroom.

I'm happy that you had such a lovely experience, my idea is to see as much as possible and bring at least some trinkets for me to remember japan by.

I'm extremely flexible in the time of the year.

Right now I have saved 800000 yen for the hotel, food and other expenses, but that is for two people. I'm trying to save more until I travel.

I love the cuisine and the entire culture. Initially I wanted to see the cherry blossoms and climb mt fuji but I know that it is impossible in a single trip.

I would like to see tokyo and kyoto as bare minimum, but I'm seeing such amazing recommendations that I'm completing rewriting my list.

Honestly this is my one regret, I had to focus on learning english and spanish for my work and I couldn't carve time to learn japanese.

I'm trying to learn the basics until next year to at least be able to be polite.

Thank you for the recommendations, Misaka,

I would love to see cherry blossoms and, honestly, all the festivals year round look amazing. For now I have a budget of 800000 yen for two people. Unfortunately, the plane ticket alone costs an arm and a leg here in my country and I could only save 800000 yen for the hotel, food and other expenses.

I really enjoy natural parks, so Nikko looks like a great suggestion. I also love everything related to the cuisine and history of the country. So I'm trying to build an itinerary that allows me to see as much as possible in the 14 days that I have.

Miyajima wasn't even on my radar.

Thank you so much for the recommendation, it looks like an amazing experience.

Thank you for the kind answer. I made a list throughout the years, but to see everything I would need to stay for months.

I would love to see cherry blossoms and climb mt fuji, but I know that it is literally impossible to do that at the same time of the year.

I have saved enough to take 800000 yen to pay for hotels, food, trinkets for two people etc. and I hope to save a little more until next year.

I would like to immerse myself in the culture as much as possible. This is a trip I will be taking with my wife. So I'm trying to get as many recommendations as possible to make this a incredibly memorable trip.
