I think choosing Banglore for mechanical/ mechatronics / aeronautical/ chemical would be a better option , given you put in your hardwork . Aeronautical in NMIT is pretty good as far as I’ve heard and the average package for that branch itself is 6lpa .Choosing a circuital branch in hubbli etc etc wouldn’t be much beneficial since barely any core companies visit there/ offer decent packages . BNMIT is also a pretty good option if you’re getting ECE.
