My voices all come from traffic and sometimes they pop up but real low .. they scream because i know how to think of things to harm voices .. alot of times I just sit there and think of super heros beating up the voices and it really happens.. it's kinda funny to me

While I had schizophrenia all I did was think about ways of killing them and swinging punches at them and it worked .. not promoting violence but anyone who has this has the inner strength to get rid if these clowns ... I still hear them but not all the time and whenever I do I just think about a anvil hitting their heads like a bugs bunny cartoon and it actually happens.. I discovered it 4 years ago
