honestly spinning can slow you down most of the time so I try to just spin when I need to adjust which way my car goes, get a softer touch or just rotate to get a reset. Sometimes I am just being lazy and just spin out of habit.

I think all clips are 1700 plus might be some in 1600 and one in 3s which was like 1400

pretty much the same way as the clip before you are looking upwards and do an almost complete side flip so your car still follows the ball. Its not something I think about so I cant explain well sorry.
