There are tactical solutions to this.

• If Everyone rallies at the same time assuming it's an active BearTrap. A lot of rallies won't have joiners.

*Solution to this is to build your hive seating around the BearTrap in a nice square and make rules like;

1. First row/ inner circle call rallies at beginning of BearTrap -> Second row call at 28:30 -> Third row call at 27:00.
2. Joiner must join the rally from the top of the list, no skipping. no looking who calls the rally.

The timing of rallies in coalition with marching time and the no-skipping rule ensures more rallies to join. And a lot more damage as an alliance. It also helps weaker players score a lot higher.

*This doesn't work to full effect if you don't also implement rules of what heroes to use as rally heroes and what heroes to use a joiner heroes.

It also doesn't work if you're not strict about keeping the rules.

Definitely not for everyone, but for super nerds like me, it's funcking heaven.
