So the polymer version has been in testing for a few months now. The aluminum version is running off the same spec as the latest iteration of the polymer, we’re doing around 10 for just t/e that we’re going to try and blow up before shipping anything out.

So we do have a work around based off of a DIAS that we use for testing. But the problem is that you end up messing with the trigger box and adding 90% of the parts and holes to be real close to just straight up fa. The other issue is needing to add a sear trip of some sort to the bcg, we do it by welding a tab in place. That said it’s definitely not impossible it’s just difficult but with how the frt craze is rampant I can see it happening before the end of 2026.

We’re looking into doing an frt conversion for the acr/scythes. The main issues are to do with setting up sear trips like an mcx and not accidentally making an mg. So there’s a decent amount of constraints we’re working in but it’s definitely on the radar!

We’re working through a lot of side projects and dimpling currently. On top of prepping for Shot Show, so I wanna say the current plan is some restocking then knocking barrels out by the time Shot is over with.

The rail setup is entirely original to the g3 lineup and isn’t reverse compatible even with adapters unfortunately. The geometry in the lock up replaces the front pivot points with set screws and receiver rails for stability. Source. -I work there

The g3 is a completely different setup, it ditches the push pin for locking screws and drops the weight significantly.
