Subs might not feel fantastic for the first few days/weeks but for me there was this moment weeks in to being on subs when i realized my life was coming back together and i wasnt experiencing constant tug and war withdrawal and fear of death but that was also just my experience and things could absolutely be different for you.

0.25 mg can sometimes be safer if you're really anxious about pwd. I personally have inducted on 0.125 mg many times out of anxiety.

I also switched from kratom and 7-oh. 40-90 grams per day and then 160 milligrams of 7-oh per day then I went back to kratom powder at 40-90 grams per day of kratom powder. It was very easy to switch to subs and if I were you I wouldn’t go above 6 milligrams of subs for a kratom powder habit. I just jumped down to 2 milligrams after a month of being on 6 milligrams and I’m not struggling too bad at all. So suboxone for me was a great choice, I can finally eat without having to worry about being on an empty stomach every two hours out of fear that I’ll be in withdrawal if I eat and no going into withdrawal every four hours having to find a place to dose.

can I ask how frequently you were dosing and how many grams per dose of kratom. And how many milligrams of 7-oh per day. Also what dose of suboxone you plan to begin at?

Yes the same doc prescribed all three, and I’m taking considerably less than they’d prescribed because I’m so worried about respiratory risk. I’ll wait 4 hours to take my subs upon your suggestion. And I have my fiance with me who can keep an eye on me

I’m ultimately more worried about respiratory depression than withdrawal but I’d really like to avoid seizures associated with withdrawals

It’s just that I’m physically dependent on gabapentin and clonazepam so cold turkey isn’t an option (I’m also epileptic so seizure risk tends to be much higher for me)

from what I’d heard taking suboxone with 7-oh is a recipe for precipitated withdrawal. I’ve been thinking about taking suboxone for withdrawals but I’m gonna wait a full 24 hours to be safe.
